Roma - martedi 22 maggio alle ore 19.00 presso LABEL201 in via Portuense 201, inaugura la seconda tappa di SING SWEET SONGS OF CONVICTION, un progetto itinerante partito da Berlino. Sei tappe, 6 le artiste coinvolte di 6 nazionalità diverse,  che lavorano con diverse pratiche dalla pittura, alla scultura, alla performance: Alessia Armeni / Helena Hamilton / Denise Hickey / Lisa Wade. Presente anche la sezione video con il bel ‘I ain’t superstitious’ di Francesca Romana Pinzari e ‘Marina’ di Pernette Scholte. In ogni città sono stati invitati a partecipare un artista e un curatore affermati, con l’intenzione di caratterizzare il progetto in ogni luogo. Nella tappa di Roma sarà presente Pietro Ruffo, con opere che indagano il ruolo dei social network, a cura di Laura Barreca. Seguiranno le tappe di Belfast, Londra, Città del Messico e New York City.

On Tuesday 22 May at 7 pm at Rome at LABEL201 space, will be inaugurated the second exhibition of the cycle SING SWEET SONGS OF CONVICTION, an itinerant project started from Berlin. Six stages, six artists from six different nationalities, for different artistic practices as paintings, sculptures, performances: Alessia Armeni / Helena Hamilton / Denise Hickey / Lisa Wade. There also will be a video section with a work titled ‘I ain’t superstitious’ by Francesca Romana Pinzari and ‘Marina’ by Pernette Scholte. In every city has been invited a curator and an acclaimed artist with the aim of giving a specific connotation to the project in every city. In occasion of the roman show has been invited Pietro Ruffo with a work that indagates the social network’s roles curated by Laura Barreca.
